Our Guest Rooms
Our two guest bedrooms are on the first floor, with underfloor heating and wall-mounted panel heaters for additional comfort. We provide hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and extra pillows and blankets are available from the wardrobe in each room. We have installed USB sockets for phone charging and free Wi-Fi* is available. Both rooms are supplied with a selection of teas, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits and a flat screen television with DVD and Freeview. There is a selection of books and DVDs for your pleasure on the landing. As Highland nights can be very short in the height of summer we have provided black-out curtains or blinds to ensure you have a good night's sleep. Soft, fluffy towels are of course provided together with luxury toiletries. An iron and ironing board is available on request. In each room we have hung artworks by local artists or personal friends of ours, together with photos of some of our favourite Highland creatures.
*Due to the rural location Wi-Fi is only suitable for web-browsing, emails and social media. However there is a good 3G/4G mobile phone signal.

Overlooking the rear garden, it has superb views across the fields to the Cromarty Firth, Dornoch Firth and the Sutherland and Caithness mountains. The private bathroom is just next door and has a bath, with rain-head and directional shower over, a heated towel rail and wall-mounted fan heater.
Guest Lounge and Breakfast Room
At the front of the house looking out over the Moray Firth is the Guest Lounge where we will also serve your breakfast. Here you will find comfy sofas and a selection of books, games and magazines. Outside, via the French doors, you will find a decking area for an al-fresco breakfast or evening relaxation on fine days. Guests are also invited to use the circular deck at the rear of the house which is an ideal spot to watch the sunset.
